We are a logistics provider without products of our own – does the DPP affect us?
Usually you are not directly obligated – unless you act as an importer or fulfilment provider for third-country goods. Then you must ensure that affected products are registered and carry a passport before being placed on the market. Clarifying this role is part of our check.
