Readiness check
Multi-front exposure analysed across all delegated acts – with a report, a deadline matrix and a prioritised roadmap.
DPP Consulting · Stuttgart & the Neckar region
No region in Germany is hit by the Digital Product Passport as heavily as the Stuttgart automotive and machinery hub: battery passport, steel, tyres and aluminium address the same supply chain four times over. We make your data and systems DPP-ready – at your plant on site or remote. English-speaking teams welcome, including international companies doing business in Germany and the EU.
01 — Stuttgart
The Stuttgart region is Germany’s number-one automotive and supplier region – putting it at the centre of several DPP delegated acts at once. Multi-front exposure is not a buzzword here, it is daily reality:

03 — FAQ
Yes. We are happy to run kick-offs, data audits and workshops with engineering, quality and IT directly at your premises – in Stuttgart, Esslingen, Böblingen or the surrounding area. Implementation afterwards runs remote.
The registration obligation lies with the party placing the battery on the market. But: without your material, origin and carbon data, your customer cannot fill their passport – and will demand it contractually. In practice, the obligation travels down the supply chain, usually with tight deadlines.
No, that would be the most expensive route. The delegated acts overlap heavily on material data, carbon values and identifiers. One shared data model and one central data process serve all four – and that is exactly how we design the architecture.
The battery passport on 18 Feb 2027 is fixed. Steel is expected in 2026, tyres and aluminium in 2027 – each with roughly 18 months of transition. Experience shows: sourcing supply-chain data takes longer than any transition period. Those who start in 2026 work to a plan instead of in crisis mode.
