GDPR

Data protection in detail.

1. Controller

Vincubate Ventures, Vincent Grellert, Friesenstraße 21, 02681 Schirgiswalde-Kirschau, Germany.
Email: info@vincubate-ventures.de, phone: +49 (0) 156 / 79603733.

2. Access data / server log files (hosting)

When you visit this website, the web server processes technically necessary data transmitted by your browser: the page accessed, date and time, volume of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and the IP address. This data is used solely for the technical operation and security of the website (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – legitimate interest in stable and secure operation). Log files are automatically deleted by the hosting provider after a short period. The data is not merged with other data sources.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or marketing tools, no tracking pixels, and embeds no content from third-party servers (no external fonts, maps or videos). The interactive readiness check runs entirely locally in your browser; your answers are not transmitted to us or to third parties.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter there (name, company if provided, email address, phone number if provided, your message) solely to handle your enquiry. The data is transmitted to us by email; it is not stored in a database on the web server. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give via the mandatory checkbox and can withdraw at any time with effect for the future, as well as Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The form contains a technical spam-protection field (honeypot), but no tracking and no third-party captcha service.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – pre-contractual measures, or (f) – legitimate interest in responding). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.

6. Contact via WhatsApp

On this website you will find links that open a chat with us via WhatsApp. Use is voluntary and only occurs when you click. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group); data may be transferred in the process – including to third countries such as the USA – over which we have no influence. The WhatsApp privacy notices apply. If you prefer not to use it, please use email or phone – all enquiries are treated equally across all channels (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR; transmission to WhatsApp through your active use).

7. Your rights

You have the following rights vis-à-vis us regarding your personal data: the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – for example, the Saxon Commissioner for Data Protection and Transparency.

8. Currency

This privacy policy is current as of July 2026. We will update it if the website or the legal situation changes.

The German version (Datenschutzerklärung) is legally authoritative.
